At Bioworld Merchandising, we want you to be completely satisfied with your officially licensed gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
